My thesis topic focuses on the financial performance of the University associated Entrepreneurship Innovation Center. The project includes: an analysis of co-working spaces in the Metro West and Boston area, the financial statements for the Center which I was tasked with drafting, a profitability and break even analysis of the Center in its current state, various projections based on certain assumptions agreed upon by myself and Mark Hardie (thesis adviser),a list of future possible product offerings and services, as well as providing insight into how the Center will be an active establishment in the Metro West area in the next five years.
