Within this study, the significance of nonverbal communication in regards to interviewing for a job will be closely assessed and is inclusive of all interviewees - no matter the gender, race, age or ethnicity of the individuals. However, as college graduates make up much of today’s work force, this research is mainly focused towards college seniors or recent college graduates who are seeking career employment potentially for the first time in their adult lives.
